While we try our best to carefully package each plant, we understand things may happen beyond our control during transit and we want you to enjoy a healthy plant. We’re happy to send replacements for plants, within 90 days of their arrival, that don’t bounce back from their travels as we stand proudly by our plants. We require photos for all replacement claims so please reach out to us at sales@succulentsmonthly.com with a photo of your plant. We'll be happy to provide further care advice or send a replacement plant whenever necessary.
