My delivery hasn’t turned up – what do I do?

If you are anticipating a delivery and it hasn’t shown as expected, please let us know immediately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate right away. We strive to deliver on time, always, but sometimes things may happen beyond our control and we will have to arrange re-delivery or replacements for you.
