While we try our best to carefully package each plant, we understand things may happen beyond our control during transit and we want you to enjoy a healthy plant. Fortunately, succulents are VERY hardy, and can usually be revived. However, we’re happy to ship you a replacement succulent if your plant(s) arrived in a state of disrepair. Please reach out to us at sales@succulentsmonthly.com with a photo of your plant for which you require assistance.
